Match placement (Wtf? Moments) in hindsight?

I was feeling nostalgic, and watched both Taker/HBK Mania matches. Then I moved to Flair/HBK...so iconic for the "I'm sorry, I love you" before the Sweet Chin Music. This was booked midcard at best!? A female tag match followed it(Beth Phoenix/ Malena vs Maria Kanellis/Ashley Massaro??)..and there were three more matches after it (two hours worth of event left). How crazy is that?

Same with Taker/HBK at WM25.
Had they realized how good that match was going to be, especially compared to the actual main event, they probably would have booked it last.

Same goes with Rock vs Hogan at WM18

Some matches just get hotter than expected and there's no way to properly follow it.
