Props to him putting it all on the line but don't see any way back if loses like that.

If it's a close back and forth decision he may get away with a loss but a beat down he needs to just disappear..

I think he will win though.

Masvidal is 37 years old and a lighter weight fighter that relies on his speed and reflexes.. hes in the final part of his career win or lose. I don't think it makes much difference.

Win or lose he can still fight a couple more fights against guys like Nate, Conor, Lawler, or guys like that. Maybe a fight with Khamzat or something if he wins. I don't think it's gonna make a big difference in the end. Colby is the one where a win or lose really decides his future and what he has left

Isn't this his last fight on his contract? Win or lose he isn't getting a rematch with Usman and besides he's looking to collect. I think Jake Paul and Jorge already setup their fake beef

He won’t get anymore title shots, but he will still have his drawing power. His career is far from over.

If he loses and wants to keep fighting, they'll give him a get right fight, and then set up a Conor PPV.

B leagues. Danis taps both simultaneously in a handicap match inside the first.

Only if he's improved his wrestling 5 levels in the last year

I think Cody is a huge F'n tool, but I don't see a way Jorge wins unless it's a lucky shot like he got against Askren. Still pulling for Jorge, but I have no confidence in him winning.

I'm not a big Masvidal fan I don't dislike him like I do Colby and really don't understand his popularity but the image sells I guess..?
If Gamebred can't put a end to Colby its gonna be real hard to sell that Miami bad man image to the tweeners. If either man catches a loss there'll be another payday in 1 or 2 more fights for the UFC to build the Bad Blood storyline.

Whatever…. Masvidals career will be fine whether he beats or loses to Colby.

I don't care at this point anymore. I was becoming a fan of his skills before he started all the Scarface, three piece, diva shit.

His title shot chances are probably over, but not his career? Colby is the 2nd best WW in the world and arguably beat Usman in the last fight.

I'm surprised anyone is picking Masvidal in this, he is 37 and has never beaten anyone as good as Colby.

Colby is ranked number 2 in the world, I'd put him skill wise closer to the bottom of the top 10. Guys nothing special, WW division has just been super shallow these past years. Chamzat and Shavkat are the reckoning.

He's career is coming to an end anyway, after Colby there's not all that many people left for him to fight. Maybe Leon Edwards, not a big fight for him though, might main event a fight night card that's about it. I'm not sure he'd want that fight anyway, Edwards is the type of guy you fight to climb the ranks, Masvidal is primarily fighting for the money at this stage in his career.
