Masvidal vs Usman Rematch prediction?

Usman wins a decision in this pointless rematch and is hyped as a goat candidate while every ignores that his opponent has never won more than 3 straight fights and has an incredibly weak resume despite being in the UFC for 8 years AKA is a journeyman
Mas is fun to watch, I like how he brings it.

I'd say Usman decision..... But if Mas can keep it standing and if he doesn't gas out I think he has a chance. From a pure striking standpoint Mas has the edge, So if he can deny the takedown and keep his back off the fence I think Mas can win. An interesting thing to see will be how both fighters look against each other with a full camp preparing for each other. Last time Usman was preparing for Burns and Mas was not preparing for anyone and he accepted the fight with 6 days notice. I'm excited for this fight.... and side note, I had the honor of being able to meet both Usman and Mas in person in Orlando about a year back. Take all the trash talk they do to promote fights, they were both some of the most down to earth people i've ever met. I met Usman in a club in Orlando and he let me take a picture and talk to him for a long time. He was cool as hell. I met Mas at a local fight night and he talked to me and my dad for 30 min like we were one of the bros. I cant wait for this event!!!

Yeah, I like Masvidal, I could tell he is good dude.I have a Friend who looks just like Usman and He is still in the military and their personalities are the same too its kind of funny. Most fighters you meet in person are nothing like the promotion side...hey they have a short time and trying to make as much money as they can...I understand..

Yes I am on the same lines as you said in this fight. I see it going that way.

Yeah, I am seeing this as a possibility.
While I’m seeing this as a good win for Usman because he came back from adversity and ended his most dangerous fight in the division, he didn’t come out of the fight smelling like roses. He was visibly in trouble and for all intensive purposes was able to overcome it due to Gilbert letting off the gas and then inexplicably falling down and deciding to stay on the ground... WTF?

masvidal has a lot of hype, but not a top 10 fighter. pure gatekeeper and lucky as shit to get these headlining fights.

Usman by toesmashing!
I want Masvidal to win but the division will become a freakshow if he does! Probably Diaz or Mcgregor will get a titleshot next!

Usman via ground and pound in round 2. He coasted in their first match and has taken shit for it. He's going to want to stamp this one, and I don't think Mas is going to stop him. He's always got a shot at the KO though.
I think he stamped enough in the first one, Usman by DEC tho

That just depends IMO, if what he said was true which is a short training camp. If he shows more endurance this one can me interesting.
For me ,it's just a physicality thing. Usman size and strength in this match up prevents Jorge from fighting his fight . That's why hes just about a 4-1 favorite.

Mas is fun to watch, I like how he brings it.
He is a fun fighter and that's why he's getting the shot but Usman beating him is not and should not be treated like some huge feat. The top 5 at WW, MW, and LHW have some of the most padded resumes in years and it is painful to hear people blindly saying "the sport has evolved" and "talent is the best it's ever been" when beating any combination of RDA, Cowboy, or Maia puts you in the top 5

Usman by UD. Hopefully Masvidal can pull it off and we can see Leon vs Masvidal which would be a phenomenal fight.
Or even Colby vs Mas

I think Masvidal will do better with a full camp but ultimately the result won't change.
Usman 49-46.
