It’s honestly sad to me to see that Sherdog has become a place that “white knights” for people like Colby. He constantly writes checks with his mouth that his ass isn’t willing to cash. People on online forums oftentimes forget that words can have consequence and when you make certain comments people in the real world can have emotional reactions to logical situations.

Just like bullets fired from a gun words once released from your mouth have a target, can cause irreparable damage and can never truly be taken back.

For clarity I don’t support Mas’ alleged actions only because he allegedly snuck him. Although there is nothing wrong with him squaring up with him in a steakhouse when Colby literally said he is “the king of Miami and it’s onsite with you if I see you in my city”…. I don’t really care how he chooses to handle his grievances but I agree that he’s trying to have his cake and eat it. He accepted your challenge to fight and defeated you soundly. Then, when you sucker punched him, he did what he had to do to take your money to boot. It’s not like he ran and hid behind a cop, he called the cops after you ran away so he could file a lawsuit. Just say, “I don’t care, it was worth every penny,” and be done.
