Why because he's lean? He's not even big looking in the pic. Looks in great shape, but nothing about that physique screams ped's. Know plenty of fitness hobbyists who focused on physique who were working minimum wage or close to it so couldn't afford PED's even if they wanted too who looked like that or similar. So shouldn't be surprising that a full time professional athlete can look like that.
