I loved that Popeye game they went on to make. I remember being too small to reach the controls, but I wanted to play it so badly. When I first got into emulation way back, it was one of the first I downloaded for MAME.



I can't remember if I loved the cartoon first as a kid, or that fever dream-like Robin Williams movie, good memories.

Fascinating. I recollect playing the Popeye game first (Atari or Colecovision), then the Donkey Kong handhelds, then the Commodore 64 Mario bros. and Donkey Kong Jr. games.
