I wouldn't believe it if not for my own stubby body. It's legit.

It's not so much his legs as it is his calves, they are fucking enormous. But for someone who moves with so much speed, explosion and power, I'm not supervised. My calves completely changed when I started boxing.

You apparently have not seen Filipino legs. His brother in the first picture (background) has the exact same build except he's a couple pounds lighter. I have the same size calves, but obviously not as ripped.

The downside of having them is that they cramp during very tense workouts. It's been noted to be a reoccurring problem of his too.

Look at how big his legs were as a flyweight.

The Mosley fight was the first fight he had cramps in his calves in a fight I think. Freddie Roach talks about it.

I'm jelous of his lower body honestly. He's thicker than me and I'm like 25 pounds heavier.

after the fight pacman said it also happend during one of the marquez fights

Yeah, his conditioning coach said his left leg stiffened for 6 rounds. You could see in the replay that he would occasionally lift his left leg and put more balance into his right foot.

The Marquez fight was different. He had shin splints. Coincidentally, they mentioned his leg problems on his site two months ago:
One thing I did not know, until watching a video that Alex Ariza did for MPBoxing.com, was that Manny Pacquiao also suffered from shin splints that inhibited his performances in the Marquez and Morales fights.

Yep, most boxers tend to have thin legs, but Manny's are solid.

and thats sitting down?? lol I can't even get my calves to look like that standing up and flexing it. lol

When you think about it that's probably where a lot his punching power comes from. I like to believe that mannys leg cramped up because he laced up his boots a little too tight. I have chronic calf cramps when I train that I have to adjust my shoe laces at least 3 or 4 times during training.

i read somewhere that Manny also trains in Muy Thai, maybe thats why he has tree stump legs which is uncommon for boxers.

All Filipinos have big calves. Pacquiao's are insane!

I'm Filipino and although my legs are a bit skinny..my 3 brothers legs are huge. Hell, 2 that don't even work out have huge muscular legs. Good genes I guess..
