Personally, I support him because he's one of the only fighters who has ever had the balls to call out Dana publicly and put him on blast the way he did, while he's still an elite fighter in title contention (actually should be a title holder). Everyone else does it after they leave the UFC or when they aren't in their prime anymore, which is ultimately meaningless. It might as well be a fan saying it at that point.

Colby was fucked over and he spoke out about it. He deserves his due, so I'm rooting for him. He has earned a shot on merit multiple times over and I don't think it's even debatable anymore that he would've been the one to beat Woodley if he'd been given it the way he should've been. People ignore all this because they dislike him. I'll always give him credit for calling out Dana on camera and trashing him on Ariel's show as a top 3 fighter, no matter how many times he may lose in the future. If more fighters had an ounce of integrity or self-respect and did the same, things might actually change.

Maybe you didn’t read the article. He threw a record number of stikes. Haven’t looked but I’d say there was a lot more stand up than anything. With 533 strikes how in the hell could it be slow?
