I was a subscriber to Fighters Only and the official PS3 magazine many years ago.

Nowadays with the internet I don't see any reason to subscribe. If there is a particular interview with a fighter I really like or something I might pick up a copy of FO but for the most part the "breaking news" found in these magazines has been released online weeks prior.

I use to subscribe to magazines in my younger years.

I now when I was 11-12 year old, I asked my mom for a year subscriptions to "Gamepro" and "EGM." I don't think they are around anymore.

During my single year probably the best subscription service I ever had..was a free year worth of "Maxim and FHM" magazines. I didn't pay a dime. The car site I moderated, a well known poster said, "Go to this site, enter your email, and you will get a year worth of magazine for free."

It was legit. When I got married I sold them along with the car though.

I use to go to the store every month and buy mma magazines for over a year. That was back in 2009. I haven't bother getting any magazine for like 3 years now though.

Used to subscribe to Metal Hammer, Kerrang and Fighter's Only. Nothing now though.

The only thing I subscribe to is National Geographic kids. My boys enjoy that and it's cheap for the year.

I've got playboy for about 5 years now but my brother pays for it. He got it for me for Christmas one year and I guess the lazy bastard figures it's easier to click renew every year instead of putting any thought into an actual gift lol.

I did that free subscription thing with so many mags. You can just write random names and have them shipped.

I know Gamepro is still around. EGM might be alive. PSM was probably my favorite.
