Liver shots in the UFC

I haven't seen many in the UFC. I've seen liver kicks, but they rarely put people down. Do they even happen?

Man, liver shots are the absolute worst. It's weird. Like, it sends a message to your brain like "hey, I'm shutting down and your whole body is going to shut down too.". It's like getting kicked in the balls but the feeling is your whole body.
