Not sure how the Hulk one is true and the guy that replaced Crispin Glover had his voice and mannerisms down better than Crispin himself. Truly uncanny.

Feel free to add your own.

Was watching the Two Towers on AMC and they had some pop ups. The actor who plays the dwarf Gimli was actually the tallest actor on set.

who didnt use spell check. and the Contact wormhole machine was as it was described in the book some 10 years earlier

Off the top of my head this is all I have:

In the movie Superbad, most of the characters in the high school are based on real people that Seth Rogan and Evan Goldberg (the writers) went to high school with at Point Grey Secondary in Vancouver. They used their real names. Of course Jonah Hill is playing Seth and Michael Cera plays Evan. But the other characters are also real people. They had to get their permission to use their names.

Usually in movies, that is something you avoid. If you have a character called Jack Thompson who is a dentist in New York, you first make sure there are no dentists in New York with that name to avoid a lawsuit.

Can't confirm its a fact but one of my favorite behind the scenes story is Kim Basinger supposedly had real sex with her onscreen partner in a sex scene shoot. I'm not sure if it was Baldwin but that would make sense if it was him.

Actually Samuel L Jackson's Ezekiel speech was from Sonny Chiba film made in the 70's called The Bodyguard.

Makes sense she's a shitty actress.

That one about Laurence Fishburne being 14 is crazy. Dude's just got it

Yeah, that tripped me out as well. He was great in that movie. I guess he kind of had that youthful innocense the role needed.

Lmao that is the very tip of the iceberg. Sly is a bit of a masochist when making films. Dolph hit him so hard that his heart hit his sternum and it nearly killed him. In one of the Rambo movies, he did a stunt that had him breaking a fall with trees and he did the stunt nearly 20 times. Then he had his neck broken in the Expendables by Steve Austin.

To be fair, it wasn't their fault they hurt him. Stallone insisted they do the scenes over again but harder. He does that with every film, it must be a nightmare working with him in a way.

Jim Carey freestyled this scene.

And it's possibly the most hilarious ad-lib of all times.

Ernie Shavers was the original clubber Lang for Rocky 3. Stallone wanted Shavers to hit him, so Shavers delivered one liver shot and sent Stallone to the hospital.

Actors shouldn't fuck around with real boxers, never mind one of the hardest punchers ever.

Fun fact, up until 5 years ago, I thought his name was Clobber Lang.
Makes sense, I mean, he clobbers people.

The scene in midnight cowboy when Dustin Hoffman character screams at the cabbie "I'm walking here!" Actually was not scripted. The can driver actually zoomed by and almost ran him down and Hoffman became irate and delivered his famous line

John Ratzenberger - Who voiced Hamm in Toy Story - has been in every Pixar movie. Can you name all the characters/movies?

I was amazed to find out about this one-

I had watched that movie like 10 times and never noticed it. It's right out in the open.
