List of unique submissions in the UFC

I read here that there were 17 different submissions that had been finished only once in UFC, but I couldn't find an actual listing of them. Maybe if we work together we could compile that list of all the submissions that have been finished only once or twice in the UFC. (I would list the Suloev stretch but it's been done 3 times.) Let me know if you have any corrections or additions for my list.

It was done last weekend but they didn't list it officially as an Achilles lock.

ooh I didn't realize there was a third body triangle finish. I'm curious if the triangle broke the rib or if it was already broken.

Do you mean Rothwell's "forearm choke" over Curtis Crawford? Unfortunately didn't happen in the UFC. I haven't found a video of it yet.
 
It's Bellator but Imada's inverse triangle on Masvidal was great

Valentijn subbed Ray Sefo with a modified can opener from side mount. Doubt we'll see that one again.
 
Waiting for that Boston Crab someone pulled off in a regional show... that was bonkers.

I’m lazy.. but gifs of any of these would be cool, the weirder the better.

Riggs? Weird way to spell Tony Fryklund.

Salavery only holds a regular triangle choke win over Joe Riggs.
