I read here that there were 17 different submissions that had been finished only once in UFC, but I couldn't find an actual listing of them. Maybe if we work together we could compile that list of all the submissions that have been finished only once or twice in the UFC. (I would list the Suloev stretch but it's been done 3 times.) Let me know if you have any corrections or additions for my list.
