The Elbow Queen, who turns 41 on March 13, finishes on a 4-fight losing streak. 10-8 (4-7 UFC), she holds victories over Lucie Padilova, Gina Mazany, Tonya Evinger, and Macy Chiasson.

All of her fights in the UFC occurred at bantamweight except her debut, a 140-lb catchweight bout she lost by second-round TKO to Cris Cyborg. Her loss on Saturday to Mayra Bueno Silva was the first kneebar submission in UFC women's bantamweight history.

#12 Bueno Silva and #14 Länsberg swapped places in the women's bantamweight rankings after the fight.

Länsberg actually made her professional debut against fellow Swede and UFC bantamweight, Pannie Kianzad, back in 2012 in Trophy MMA, a now-defunct regional Swedish promotion. Kianzad won by TKO (punches from full mount) in the closing seconds of the third round (timestamped).

#7 Kianzad won the rematch with Länsberg by unanimous decision on April 16, 2022 at UFC Fight Night: Luque vs. Muhammad 2. She would be a good next opponent for #12 Bueno Silva.

Bueno would fucking slaughter Pannie.

Book it, Dana!

Also, goodbybe to Lina. She had a decent enough run.

135 and 145 needs to go. 145 doesn't exist and 135 is honestly dying. There is no talent at all to be signed. It doesn't even exist outside of the UFC. UFC also lost their women's feeder league in Invicta.

Hespect to Lina. She tested herself in professional fights displaying bravery and showing she has more balls than most of the men dismissing her online.

Funny story, a few years ago (well I guess almost 10, time flies) Lina and her hubby also an MMA fighter was at the beach having a good time with friends.
Moron shows up with knife to rob them... Lina and boy friend say "Lols no".
Did not end well for robber.

Lina is cool and a local ambassador for mma and for women in mma.

Shameful, all the disrespect being tossed around in this thread. I don't even like wmma, but this woman had a career that spanned over a decade, including 11 fights in the UFC, even lasted a full round against juiced Cyborg.

Even though she wasn't very good and had an insufferably stale fighting style, she still put in work. Even the most humble of warriors are to be honored.

I wish Lina the best as she turns this page in her life.

Looking forward to seeing Lina come out of retirement in two weeks.
