Lightweight Title Up For Grabs

It’s a very interesting group of elements coming together to make this one of the biggest stories to be decided in 2021 for the UFC. Oliveira has surged new blood and skills into the title mix with a group who have all already contended for, and been denied the belt by the former champion.

I imagine it’s winner of McGregor x Poirier fights Oliveira for the strap. If they can make Gaethje x Chandler as well, that’s another variable to throw in the mix.

Granted there’s always the potential for a melee of injuries changing this composition at anytime completely. As it stands for me presently Oliveira is on wait now in the championship bracket.

It's sad that Tony is all but off the table (unless he can string 2-3 solid wins together and bounce back). But yeah, there's definitely a lot of good guys left to go for the belt. Don't forget Islam and RDA could be in it too.
