News LFA gone from UFC Fight Pass

LUX and LFA are the 2 that bum me out the most.

I didn’t watch the LFA US cards, but their Brazil cards were always great. I hope they continue to stream their events on their YouTube channel.

LUX was by far the best Latin American organization. Great production and good fights featuring great prospects. I hope they can find a place to stream their fights.

Since these (at least LFA and UAE) are some of the bigger regional promotions, I wonder if maybe UFC is dropping them for ESPN to pick them up in attempt to stop some of the bleeding of MMA fans dropping the service. Then maybe they also pick up DWCS and become the feeder league destination.

I highly doubt it. DWCS is already heading to Paramount+.

Guess rumors are true UFC selling it off?

UFC Fight Pass ESPN+?

This will kill mma in USA.

Not sure it would kill it, but it definitely will hurt it and not just the in the US, but in other countries as well. One of the selling points for a promotion like LUX was that they were on Fight Pass and that meant the fighters would be on the UFC’s radar because of it.

Apparently Fury, APFC, A1 Combat and Tuff-n-Uff all renewed with FP so the model isn't dead.

God damnit. Unified and Samourai are two of the biggest Canadian promotions. Unified even has an event tonight.

If UFC gets rid of BFL then there will be no Canadian content left.

LFA though is the most frustrating. That has always been a direct feeder organization for top talent.

Rodrigo Delcampo González added: "We expect UFC Fight Pass service to stop in 2026, not only in Brazil but also in the rest of Latin America."

I can see Paramount wanting the only exclusive way into ufc being their (DWCS, TUF) shows so fight pass will have to go. In all the countries with Paramount. But to sell off their library too. They were proud to have the biggest MMA library in the world.

TrillerTV (FITE) not sure how much they will pay... and I read somewhere that EA Games is looking at doing live events.

Sounds like the moves to get rid of their own service - just like WWE did - are in the cards in the future. Damn pity, Fight Pass (as was WWE Network) library is great. And the big players are not gonna be too interested in picking up random stuff when they can just pay for the main product. This happened with rasslin, Netflix carries only the main WWE stuff, rest of the library is gone.

Doubt there will be as much submission grappling anywhere, if fight passs folds.

So pretty much every promotion aside from LFA has denied they’re leaving fight pass, apparently
