If Gordon is in any kind of shape he will demolish Khamzat in a grappling match. Khamzat's best option is to stall. There's no way he wins this.

Only way for it to be competitive is if they had special rules favoring Khamzat like when Gordon grappled Bo Nickel. Gordon couldn't attack the legs at all and couldn't pull guard, leading to Bo stalling on the feet.
