it teaches them putting in the hard work is how you reach goals. When I was growing up we had bs like disney poisoning us that goals and things fall into your lap magically. It also gives kids confidence as mma is a skill, and they really won't have issues with bullies. It's much more pratical then some bs like karate we had in the disney days.

Nah, have you seen the impact GLP-1 drugs are having now? People will stay lazy, but the drugs will help them lose the weight. I think it’s an incredibly lazy way to go about getting in shape, but if it means I get to see less land whales around, I’m all for it.
