To both PC and console players. Which one do you think is more accurate, and more "comfortable" and easier to use?

Your favorite?

For me, 1st person games are with controller and third person with keyboard.

kb/m is objectively and definitively "more accurate."

that said, i prefer controllers for FPSs because i'm a weirdo and using a mouse always felt like cheating (and i'm stubbornly used to controllers, i guess). i also don't really play competitive shooters, these days...

edit:

i prefer kb/m for arpg/rts/etc and controllers for most everything else. i started FPSs with goldeneye and perfect dark, quake/unreal/cs with kb/m felt both godmode and awkward.

ive tried to learn kbm....i cant. so its controllers when i play FPS/action

MMOs and everything else will be kbm

Depends on the game. FPS's are obviously better with a KB/M setup. Same with strategy games, MMO's, and any game that requires a lot of buttons. Platformers, racers, fighters, third person action, and sports games are all superior with a controller.

Honestly not even a question. KB/M is far superior in nearly all aspects. However, something like the new Dualsense is what controllers should strive to be -> provide another dimension, the haptics alone make it the best controller ever made.

I used to love KB/M but I don't like a computer chair. anymore PS4 is more relaxing and enjoyable because it's a couch and TV vs computer chair and monitor.

FPS, TPS, strategy, RPGs in general: keyboad and mouse

Racing, fighting, platformers: controller

I hate using the keyboard but like the mouse so I use a mouse plus PS Move Nav controller (as I can use an analog stick or d-pad and have additional buttons) when I play a game that essentially needs a mouse like an fps, point and click game, overhead shooter, or survival game or something. I use a controller for anything else. I still keep a keyboard ready for shortcuts or chat, but I have a lot of programmable buttons on my mouse and the Nav controller so it covers most anything I need.

A light, wireless mouse (with a good sensor that has low latency) is not something I can give up at this point if I have the option for any game that involves pointing a cursor. There are a lot of good ones now too; the one I have charges in like 30 minutes and holds its battery for like 50 hours. I typically just charge it on Saturday morning while I'm doing chores and it rarely drops below 50% by the time I charge it again.

The keyboard itself isn't so important to me. The main reason I use one instead of something like a Razer Nostromo is mostly just that my muscle memory is used to it, and I don't think the benefit of an analog stick over WASD is large enough to warrant the switch. Also, I don't want to have to switch my setup around just to play a game. A keyboard is good enough and is less hassle.

I remember someone telling me that First person Shooters were actually initially designed specifically for keyboard and mouse, so it makes the mot sense to use them to this day since the formula and mechanics havent changed

Depends upon the game. With certain genres even a mouse/keyboard or controller wont adequately do.

Keyboard/mouse for everything except for sports/fighting games. Even in third person games, I prefer the quick reaction and accuracy of the mouse.

This, mostly.

Controllers are especially best with racing and fighting games. They're practically unplayable with KB&M.

But I wouldn't say there's a huge difference between 1st and 3rd person games with KB&M, so I'd say 3rd person games are better with KB&M.

Exactly my thoughts, it all depends on the game but when it comes to stuff like FIFA, the controller alone makes the game much much easier.

I think the gap between playing something like fifa (which now sucks) with a keyboard is wider than playing FPS with a controller.

For aiming, yes, but I find with any third person game that the movement always feels more natural with a controller. The stick always feels optimal for jumping, dodging, and getting into cover. For instance, I couldn't imagine playing something as frantic as "Vanquish" with a KB/M setup.
