I applied for a job in my same company but in another department.

There were multiple rounds of interviews and I finally had the last one today.

I've been obsessively reading everything I can, trying to increase my knowledge of the industry.

I prepped for every conceivable interview question and had relevant stories from my experience.

I got the inside scoop from people I know in that department.

And I've built a good reputation over the years in my current department.

I've controlled every single variable possible, but now there's nothing left to do but wait.

But with any luck, I'll get that walmart greeter position.

You ever run into those greeters that don’t even greet you? Like they just stand there with a blank stare when you walk in and have no reaction.

The nerve

My first job was as a Wal Mart cashier, and I would cover for the greeters when they went on lunch.

I wish I could say there is more to it than it seems, but no. It is exactly what it seems.

I went down to the Walmart the other day to pick up my prescriptions and I saw a guy I went to school with is a Walmart greeter now, thats when I realized how fricking old I really am
A Walmart greeter as job. That's new.

For TS I'm having job interviews too. 3. I hope I get the best one. If not I'll turn it into my favor still somehow. Life.

As for your interviews gl 🤞 I'll have frys with that 🍟. Don't forget the ketchup and Mayo. You are doing a good job 👍🏻

I have a interview tomorrow and friday. I don't care. Just gotta look good. There is not much to ask. Just try to create a good positive vibe. Don't say anything stupid.

Just imagine how happy your wife will be when you get this new job! Its red lobster on Friday nights instead of chili's. Red panty nights!

Congrats dude, sincerely I hope you get it

Normally I would join in the snarky remarks but this sounds like it's important to you.

I don't wish people good luck. I applaud hard work and the eventual spoils of that effort. You get everything you work for and care about.

The only thing you deserve are the things you tolerate.

I give you a Chuck Norris thumbs up.

Rooting for you.
