Then you probably wish you could be a thinker and answered the questions with a bias that skewed the results. If you answered truthfully, maybe the answer would be closer.
This only really works for personality psychology, which is all it is supposed to work for. Of course it doesn't hold the same validity as a true scientific study, but for personality psychology it's really the only choice.
To be fair, if you know anything about psychological tests it is easy to see where they are trying to steer you and that makes you think harder about what the truth is, rather than what you want to see in the results.
