Aldo 9/10. Way better than Alvarez in every facet of MMA. Aldo thrives against stocky wrestle/boxer hybrids.

However, after seeing Eddie clipping RDA....it's definitely possible. Eddie is one of those guys who can be less skilled than his opponents and still find a way to win.

Not really a fight that would be great for Aldo, Eddie is pretty big.

It would be a war. Hard to say. Eddie is literally a low kicker's dream. But he's bigger than Aldo and given Aldo's willingness to exchange in the pocket lately, that would get him in trouble against Alvarez. Alvarez is an extremely competent striker in close. He mixes knees, punches to the body and head, and elbows fluidly.

I'm leaning towards Alvarez. Aldo seems too willing to engage in fire fights lately.

Not Cardio, that might be the difference maker in any of Aldo's fights going forward. If he can figure out a way to not gas so bad, he can still win against almost anyone, but guys with better cardio are going to continue to do what Max did to him last night.

I'd favor Aldo. We've never seen him at 155. His cardio would be better without the weight cut. His boxing is far better than Eddie and it's unlikely that Eddie gets him down. Aldo has taken damage but his chin against max was pretty insane, he took so many shots, still standing and throwing bombs back.
In a 3 rounder, i'd favor Aldo.
