I saw him play at Stanford and his entire NFL career, yep, a good QB. But, I can't put him in my top 10 All Time, his numbers simply don't warrant that level of respect vs those with superior numbers

Or...........is it, fuck a bunch of numbers, just watch him play?

Would ya believe while at Stanford he had minus yards rushing?

Lifelong Browns fan, and he destroyed my childhood. I think he would have been a Hall of Famer regardless, but he had Terrell Davis, and that defense to thank for his two Super Bowl wins literally at the end of his career.

The Browns were the best team in their AAFC days with future HOFers Otto Graham, Marion Motley and Dante LeVelli, then here cane those Jim Brown years, but you know all that. As you also know they are one of the few teams to never win a SB that has to suck, huh? Yep, Elway had something to do with that, kinda,

Been a few years now.....

Stopped at a yardsale, an old lady was selling a bunch of stuff, one was a box of football cards her son had owned, she wanted 5 bucks for the box, guessing around 200 cards. I didn't even look at them, anyway.....

One was an Elway rookie, how cool is that?
