He never gave CM Punk a chance. He never complimented on how well he was defending some of Gall's punches and pass/choke attempts.

He just wanted to shit on Punk because he wanted Punk so badly to lose to confirm his reality that it takes years to get good at martial arts.

Punk managed to hold his own VERY wel for a guy who's only been training for 2 years. Joe looked past that. All he did was compliment Gall. Gall should have won this fight in much less time than he did but he didn't because of Punk's excellent defense, especially on the ground against a brown belt in jiu jitsu.

TS is very bias against Joe Rogan

Len Bias?

Anyway, Punk did basically nothing of note except defend the first choke. It was as straightforward a win/domination as you could get.

When we say 2 years though I think it depends a lot on the kind of training, a kid starting MMA early would have 2 years of often part time and perhaps not of the highest level training, Punk had two years of high level full time training.

He was honest and CM Punk didn`t have any chance, stop being a little bitch. He also was very nice to Punk in the post fight interview.

Rogan didn't give CM Punk a chance because CM Punk didn't have a chance.

So what?

Joe is one of those mma guys who are near offended by pro wrestling.

And he's allowed to be.

If he had landed a couple leg kicks it would've changed his tune.

Rogan didn't give CM Punk a chance because CM Punk didn't have a chance.
From the moment he walked out he didn't lay out any tools for victory. Just heavily implied CM Punk will lose. That was the entire narrative of his commentary. Unless CM Punk KO'd Gall, Joe was never on his side. Hence, biased.

Defending punches with the side of his head and face?

Is there anything that Rogan said that was false?

No martial arts background. No prior competetion.

Rogan is biased on occasion, but on Saturday he was very reality-based with his commentary.

Who knows maybe joe is extremely knowledgable and didn't want to blow smoke up our asses and knew like the rest of us exactly what was about to happen

There was nothing there worth complementing Punk for tbh

I think he did punk a favor by talking up Gull so he didn't look like a complete failed fighter
