Sounds like he's just being honest.


Erick went from pre-USADA ripped and shredded, to skinny fat during USADA, back to shredded without USADA.

I guess he went from having back fat to shredded because being in LFA has him more motivated?
 
So Erik Silva is guilty but Jones, who came back positive (especially less than a month ago), is misunderstood? Roe Jogan, you never cease to amaze me.
