I compete in IBJJ, Jiu Jitsu World League, TapCancerOut and I used to compete in Grappling Industries.

My team is Thiago Rela Academy.

I try to train as much as I can while having an office job (3-5 times a week) and also do strength & conditioning to be more athletic and get less injuries.
