Jiri Prochazkas mindset, training and sparring.

Love this!

And Jebus he went harder than I expected in the sparring haha

Cliffs? I'm just listening to the best of Steve Winwood so can't watch right now. Cheers lads appreciate it x

Seriously. The Enkamp brothers should have been wearing head gear. A little brain damage for you, and some for you... At least Jiri was nice enough to finish with body work.

Not much to overview. It shows some of his solo training techniques, talks a bit about his diet and gets into sparring a 145lb pro mma fighter and his brother a karate champion.

As far as I know the brothers are both amateur fighters / trained combat sports a long time so it’s not that big of a deal. Jiri was pulling his shots, landed some solid jabs and put some steam in those body shots. They’ve had worse in the gym, I’m sure.

They got what they came in there for!

Jiri got caught with that knee bad, if his sparring partner wasn't holding back he gets KTFO. Just goes to show you the best fighters in the world aren't in the UFC and are probably in things like private security, Green Berets, and Shaolin Monks.

Jiri would be doing a disservice to himself if he WASN'T going that hard against him.

War Jiri. War Denisa. "I'm coming!"
