Jimi manuwa is the co-main event his Saturday in Poland. I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do.
He was supposed to be fighting Shogun in brazil but he got injured. I hope he gets a top 10 fight if he wins. I'm predicting a devastating KO and performance bonus

Does he have potential?

Hes a solid fighter but is held back by his criminal convictions and he's not getting any younger

im a big fan of this guy...I was bummed the shogun fight didnt happen, but in retrospect he probably would have annihilated shogun that wound up fighting OSP.

tough fight style wise. But I like manuwa and still think hes a great LHW

Really hope Jimi wins, time isn't exactly on his side and he's got potential to put on some barn-burning fights against the best strikers in the division. Dangerous fight for him though.

Your prediction is correct, there will be a devastating KO in this fight, but Jimi is the one going out.

I'd like to see him call out a named opponent if he wins; shame glover texeria already has a fight lined up.

Maybe OSP or pat Cummings ? (I know there not exactly superstars but he's not getting a top 5 guy anytime soon)

Manuwa is not very good as he has very limited skill. I was hoping that Rampage would get to fight him so he could get a win over Manuwa. That would be good for Rampage.

unfortunately he is fighting Blachowicz who is a dark horse of LHW

Very impressive striking I always look for his fights

Jimi Manuwa will go far, and if his age allows, contend for the title someday.

Meh, I'm not so sure he has much left in his career. Most of his recent wins have been via injury. Then when he faced legit competition in Gus and he got annihilated.

Manuwa/Blach is the only UFC level fight on that card. Unfortunately for the Nigerian BJ Blazkovitz takes it. He's better all around.

I'm more excited to see Jan Blachowics tbh, I like Manuwa and his voodoo powers but Jan is the more promising fighter of the two imo.

His gas tank is an issue, he was starting to fade in his fight with Kingsbury.

I doubt he ever contends for the title or even really gets that close to it.

Hmm.. Manuwa seems to be favoured even if Jan destroyed the legit Ilir Lafiti in few minutes last time. Honestly Jimi doesn't just have performance like that in the ufc and his best win seems to be Jimmo.. Also Jimi is older and very inactive...Also a weakness in the ground game.
He did have one cool moment against Gus though when he stopped him from getting the back. Other than that he was destroyed.

He gassed because of the amount of damage he dished out, most guys will not be standing if Jimi manages to unload like he did on Kingsbu.
Jon Jones admittedly was getting tired while whooping Shogun's ass, was he starting to "fade"...does/did Jones have cardio issues?
