Jerome LeBanner still scary

Still one of the GOAT HL vids, mainly because of the subject.

Jerome LeBanner will always be scary. And he's had one hell of a career full of tough wins and tough losses, so it's nice to see him in such great shape. Long live the Battle Cyborg

No way! Retired professional fighters can still beat untrained people?

I thought retirement automatically made them weaker than the average person.

I grew up watching and rooting for him and Ignashov in K1. No idea what happend to the latter, hope he's not on the wrong end of a bottle but LeBanner?! How can that guy not be scary at any age if you watched him fight in his prime?!
You could probably cut of his legs and I would still be intimidated just by pure presence and remembrance.

The most phisical of the golden age of K1. 120kg of pur muscle.

And still Andy Hug was able to outmaneuver him. Very impressive even as that Le Banner was still a little green. All the guys from that time have huge personas. Hoost, Aerts, LEko, Bonjasky, Hunt, Bernardo ;Kaoklai..later Karaev

And Mirko beat him in his debut Kickboxing fight. RIP Andy
