Good lord.

I don't think I've seen a guy boast more about how great he is, how he's going to do all these "devastating" things to other fighters, then show up and run around the cage throwing pitty pat shots the entire time.

Gotta love the guys who run their mouths the loudest, then give a 'yawn' performance. Dude won, but he has a style that is like watching paint dry.

If he could fight HALF as well as he talks, homie would be a 3 division champ. lol

I agree with most of what you say. The fight was definitely lacking action. If the crowd were neutral or people who paid to see it they would have gotten booed out of the building.

However, I won't judge him off the only performance of his I've seen... and we all know that tuf is cut and edited to give each episode a storyline beyond "these two are fighting next". So, who knows.

I appreciate fighters who try to entertain like Sonnen, Rousey, and McGOAT or whatever sherdoggers are calling him now-a-days.

Agreed!!! I fast forward whenever he speaks.

Well to be fair the dude he beat was acting like his shit doesnt stink either.

Yeah, him talking shit after the fight about how he was about to knock him out and stuff was embarrassing. Talks so much shit about how good he is, how he's going to throw knees, how he's going to knock him out...then go in and scrape a shitty decision by running around the cage throwing the odd pot shot. Great stuff...

I thought it was arguable that he actually lost. He was getting backed up for most of the fight and usually that counts for something. Regardless the fight was meh anyway.

Jackson didn't seem like he had knockout power unless he caught someone perfect.

I think a lot of these guys talk smack just to get themselves pumped up

and at least he wasn't too strange like the other guy lol

Yeah me too. The run away and jab routine just doesn't do it for me. But the other dude just stood there posing half the time, so it's not like he was effective either.

BUT - We didn't hear the other guy go on and on about how awesome he was either. lol. I don't mind smack talk and confidence, as long as it is backed up by performance. Jackson (so far) is nowhere NEARLY as impressive as he THINKS he is. Dude needs to pipe down till he can actually fight to the level he talks.

Good lord, I hope you two that are saying he could of lost never have anything to do with judging a fight.

Every time he took a step forward, Jackson would meet him with a jab and pivot off the side. It wasn't entertaining, but he was hitting just about everything he threw. It was on his opponent to do more when he was so clearly losing.

So far none of these fighters should fight in the UFC.

"Maybe" that idiot Hayder guy but his fight didn't go long enough to prove much of him.

Compared to most. He didnt say that much. He is def not most annoying fighter. That dude from att that won is a far bigger douche.
