Jalin Turner is the best striker at lightweight?

I personally think he beats any of these guys, gaethje, fiziev, oliviera, poirier etc in a battle on the feet. Just too much reach, power and even looked to be durable against gamrot too.

Offensively, he is a monster. However, he has the same tendency as Jon Jones to rely on his reach too much when defending. I think someone like Gaethje would be favored to beat him.

The thing is when you have the physical advantages they have it works. And the thing that separates him from Jones is he has fight ending power.

I think Jalins striking is very good but also a bit overrated. What good strikers has he fought? Mullarkey? Riddell? Luque? Well, Luque knocked him out. Mullarkey isn't a top 20 guy and Riddell was coming off a bad loss and I always considered him super overrated because of his kickboxing background.

I'd like to see Jalin vs guys like Damir, Guram, Dober, Ismael Bonfim type guys to really see where his strikings at.

Jalin's arms are roughly proportionate with his height he has none of the grossly exaggerated physical advantages Jones enjoyed at LHW unless you are referring too something other than reach.

If he fought Gaethje, Fiziev, Poirier, Dariush or any other striker with power and ability to counter I'd pick them by KO.

Turner seems to have the tendency to crash into the clinch, it's gotten better but Gamrot got inside on shots because of it a few times and despite his absurd power at range and great ability to find the target he seems to lack feints and I think that'll just be a recipe for disaster for a fighter who can defend and counter.
Gamrot's striking was very basic and he was hitting Turner quite a bit standing. The other strikers don't have the wrestling threat but they do possess far better defence and offence on the feet than Gamrot has been showing in his last 2 outings.

A 77 inch reach at LW is a huge physical advantage. Regardless of whether or not it is proportional to his height. His height is a huge advantage too.

No, he’s just gigantic, cuts a ton of weight, and gets by on his athleticism.
Best striker right now is Fiziev, he just gassed from hitting Gaethje too many times.
