Izzy's professional combat record is 104-8. That is incredible.

That is a win percentage of 92.8%.
Hate away all you want, but this man is a warrior, and one of the greats !

No, he is not one of the greats. He is just the Renan Barão of kickboxing and nothing more, never was champion there and lost to Pereira, a newcomer to MMA, 3 times in 2 different sports, 2 of that being 1 KO and 1 TKO. He is good in MMA though, his accomplishments are good, but will never be at the same tier as Anderson, GSP, Stipe, Jones and etc.

Reality. There are levels and he is not there.

You haters crack me up

If you go across all combat sports, you will see a lot of wrestlers with similar feats.

Brock for example, 106-5 in wrestling and 5-3 in MMA. Across combat sports he is 111-8, which is 93.28%. Is Brock one of the greatest???

All good grapplers could get similar records too. Championships may be a better indicator, but once again, grapplers have tourney championships so it is hard to compare even that feat.

And was he champ in any high level kickboxing organization?

Theres a high level Kickboxing organization?? ..

im pretty sure based on who he fought in KB ..it was the upper end of things... Unless...u know Alex P was also not fighting at the "high level Kickboxing organization"...as well

Ok, he wasn't and you know it, we don't need to continue. You just don't want to acknowledge lol. I meant striking, sorry for my mistake, but of course you also know it and just used it to run away from the question. No problem, moving on.

I think Izzy is a great fighter, probably the second best MW.

But you guys really need to quit with this "yeah, Poatan won but it was robbed."
Poatan wins again by KO: "yeah, but he got a standing count too..."
Wins again by TKO: "yeah, but was saved by the bell..."

No one wins three times on luck, just admit that. Izzy was better in the fourth fight and KOed his ass out cold, but like I said, he's a great fighter even with the three losses, no need to keep coming with excuses for each one.
