The middleweight division has been so diluted , I still dont know what to make of izz. He might and appears to be next big thing...... maybe not. If Izzy does it right and defends the MW belt at least twice, I'd actually be interested in watching either of these fights. I have my doubts either one will happen, particularly Stipe.

My biggest hold-up about these fantasy fights is not knowing how Izzy would perform at the higher weight classes. His kickboxing credentials and frame make me believe he could probably do all right LHW, at least. But I dunno about HW.

That was more than seven years ago. I don't tend to read all that much into it, especially when he went on after that to defeat (and in most cases, finish) a number of heavy-handed, well-regarded strikers.

Everybody loses at some point. It's smart to take the opportunities available to you because you never know Costa could knock his block off and send him into oblivion. Take the guaranteed 2 paydays. Besides, no guts no glory.
