I always love those manlet KOing lanklet highlight reels
So Jones couldn't KO Smith and Smith was KO'd by Thiago Santos.Hell, Bisping beat Silva more convincingly back in 2016.
Adesanya beat a 43 year old Silva who was coming off a 2 year layoff and couldn't look more underwhelming doing it.
Gastelum would have put a brutal beating on this version of Silva. Possibly even finishing him inside 2 round.
I think that comparison actually makes sense though.https://www.mmaweekly.com/kelvin-gastelum-compares-israel-adesanya-hype-to-uriah-hall-after-tuf-17
Kelvin is looking past Israel too so that balances out.
Adesanya recently called out Jon Jones. .
I am assuing there is a whole bunch of sarcasm in this post.
Silva is not the MW GOAT
And I guess you didn't watch that fight because it was a snooze fest.
Would be hilarious if Kelvin smashes him.
Silva is the MW GOAT, but that's totally irrelevant when he's 43 years old and at least 5 years past his prime.
Yeah the Silva match was pretty bull shitI still feel salty about that Silva match so will be rooting for Gastelum, also he is a nice and respectful guy and an active fighter.
GOAT = Greatest of all Time, not Greatest at the Present Moment (GATPM??). Muhammad Ali is the GOAT of HW boxers, though he's dead. Regardless, we agree that beating 43-year old Anderson in 2019 is totally different than beating Anderson 10 years ago.He was the GOAT. He isn't any longer...

I think you are missing the point (perhaps intentionally). Silva can't claim GOAT status because his legacy is fucked due to failing for steroids twice. Why? Because the inference now will be that he was always cheating.
Silva has had exactly one win since USADA went live (and two documented failed drug tests) and he was given a gift in the fight against Brunson.
