Is Vikings worth a watch?

So today 2 people (1 at work and 1 at training) both mentioned to me that they watch Vikings and that i should give it a watch. I've heard some good things, but also read online that it is just a poor mans game of thrones.

Anyone watched it?

Show loves to do plot twists, some of which you see coming, others that just absolutely floor you. Show isn't afraid to do different stuff, and has great pacing.

Lagitha is probably the absolute hottest chick on TV, or tied with GoT Dragon Chick. Lagitha is EVERYTHING you would ever want in a woman....

Seasons 1 and 2 are among the best seasons of television ever made. Seasons 3 and 4 are weaker but the show is still worth watching.

Same here. I was like "What's so wrong with him having 2 wives? I am with Ragnar on this one." and she would just give me the death stare.... Even though his second wife doesn't hold a candle to his first IMO.

It's close to me. Now that Daenerys doesn't do nudes (even though I saw side boob in last episode), Lagertha might have pulled ahead. I watched all the bluray uncut, so I saw tons of boobs throughout. Forget whether I saw Lagertha's or not, afraid to say. you would think that would stick with me.....

I could maybe give you poorly scripted for ELEMENTS of S3 and S4. But beyond that, it's actually very well done on all fronts.

When an actress starts pulling her tits out I lose a bit of respect for her so the fact that Emilia Clarke put a stop to that shit--and yes, from what I understand it was her decision--actually makes me like her and the character a little more.

I respect actresses based on how well they can act. I just give bonus points for the frequent reveal I enjoy seeing the female breast on screen, IRL, and in hand. I has problemz???

I doubt it, the only nude of her I've ever seen is a very tasteful one that shows nothing.

I've only seen the first two seasons of Vikings, but I can say it is fucking awesome. Ragnar is a grade A badass and Lagertha is the baddest bitch on TV rn
