If you want them to stay use HCG (potentially other meds but this should generally do the trick) while on TRT however it could raise your estradiol levels, which could affect a lot of other things, so obviously to be dialed in with your doctor.
If its meant that you would want to come off your TRT, then that wouldn’t be a TRT by definition.
Depending on the medical indications and no aversion to injecting yourself thousands of times over your lifetime a TRT can enhance a persons life by a lot (same goes for women but due to menopause).

Yea, if you don't donate blood regularly then you get a red tomato head like Dana White and Joe Rogan. Does this look healthy? Just be natural broGood advice. I would also recommend telling that friend or anyone considering TRT or long term steroid use to be sure to regularly check their hematocrit (% of red blood cells). External testosterone increases the red blood cells which thickens the blood leading to very serious health problems, heart attack, stroke, etc and is very rarely discussed. It is also easily managed by regular blood donation.

Both your nuts and T comes back if you get off, after a recovery period. Unless you are abusing that shit as a teenager or something, which is not TRT to begin with. The shrunken balls I’m talking

You absolutely DO NOT need to do it for life. You can hop off like countless people have done in the past if the sides are too overwhelming or if you're trying to conceive.Whenever this topic comes up there seems to be a huge disconnect between actual trt and steroid use ( even if its just testosterone usage) and the term trt seems to be used interchangeably.
If you are testosterone levels are 100 and you have the majority of low testosterone side effects then of course its worth it. You'd be stupid and stubborn to not try to get on a doctor prescribed a roughly 100mg testosterone a week dose to get your levels to around 800. Don't confuse the side effects from this with guys using gym doses of 500 to 1000mg of testosterone along with other drugs.
Now I do nunderstand the middle ground where most guys are where they have reasonable levels and a couple of side effects who really just want a performance boost who go to a wellness clinic or online clinic and either tank their levels on purpose for the blood work or even better, the doc just prescribes to almost anyone. This is where the real question lies about whether or not to do it. If this is you just know you will need to do it for life. And yes it will be great but wont solve all your problems or make you shredded and and veiny huge gym monster.
But can we agree if youre one of the people who fall in the category i described in that paragraph that if you try it out for awhile there could be a good chance that when you come off that your levels and low t symptoms will be worse off than before you started? And that this happening would make many to consider coming back on despite some signs you shouldn't?You absolutely DO NOT need to do it for life. The idea that it's a life sentence needs to disappear already.
I'd agree with the idea that there's a chance, not necessarily a good chance.Yes
