I always thought if Khamzat had 5 rounds of takedowns he'd become the most dominant fighter in the current UFC.

Now that he had the genius idea to hook up with the ceo of endurance Dillashaw and his conditioning coach the sky is the limit.

He gets on the TJ Endurance Program but learns from the Jon Fitch School of Dominant Positions

I was expecting the TJ/Coach Cal/EPO stuff to be more of a narrative coming out of the fight, because it is highly sus that a guy who's one big weakness was his cardio goes to a guy known for putting Dillashaw on cardio drugs. But the reality is Khamzat didn't need EPO to have that performance and win. He was toying with DDP for most of the fight in and using minimal energy, didn't explode and go for a finish or gutwrench suplex him all over the cage. He just rode DDP for 20+ minutes and had energy to spare, could've probably had a 2nd fight later on the same night, with or without EPO.

He just mauled him, but yeah due to positional dominance he didn't burn Merab level calories.
