I think he may be a bit of a liability health wise, the way dude gets hit hard way to much + having no chin is a recipe for disaster. He should have never been signed after getting knocked out 5 times in 10 seconds in Brazil imo.
 
He has massive potential physically but has a low got IQ and he's afraid to get hit.

Aura around him has been completely gone, hasn't been exciting since.....who cares. Another loss and I can see him getting released.
 
Nah. I don't think so. He's got too much Charisma. Which the UFC is severely lacking in these days. If he loses again tonight, they'll more than likely just start giving him easier opponents to KO and rebuild his brand.

He's already got a glass chin, if he gets hit in the head he will likely be KO'd or the ref will stop it.

But he also possesses the power to KO anyone. So he has that realistic fighting chance against anyone in the division.

And his last fight shows that he can have a boring fight where he doesn't take any real damage.

So Idt they will cut him.

Fair enough, but tbh if he loses tonight he will be 1-4 and his fight against Spann he only won because Spann somehow has worse fight IQ than Johnny himself.

I can def see UFC cutting him if he gets KO’d brutally again. He might fight in a thin division for a cheap price but when you take as much brain damage as he has over the course of his career I think their is a point the brass will save him from himself and cut him.

He tried to become a boring pointfighter and fight Santos at range, but he isn't good at that style. We'll see if he's improved that aspect or if he reverts to what he's good at.

Santos is just a bad matchup for him imo

I wouldn’t call Jamahal a no name, he is ranked 12 in the division and has tko wins over Crute and OSP as well as a loss to Paul Craig.

Yes I believe he is going to KO Johnny Walker, Walker has no chin and Jamahal has mad power. Look up his last win against Crute, legit thought he killed that man.

 
He is fine. They are giving him a chance to rebuild with a main event fight. 205 is also super thin. Most of the stars aged out or went to Bellator. Jon also quit defending that belt.
