This cop went out of his way to follow this girl home. Do you think he's at fault or her?

Nope. I’ve seen the whole story. Nobody can be expected to see a cop on the side of the road flagging them down while they’re driving past.

And even if they can be expected to, there is no law on the books as far as I know that states a cop standing on the roadside with their arm raised, no emergency lights on their vehicle, constitutes an official police stop. It certainly isn’t failing to yield. And so it can’t be fleeing.

That cop is a piece of shit. Her dad is either a piece of shit, or maybe just a regular guy who made a terrible mistake. Everyone leaving comments on this videos are fucking gay bootlickers.

Maybe she is spoiled. But again, that’s her dad’s fault. She did nothing wrong except for her traffic infraction. And the cop was not in a position to do anything about it.

It is legal for a cop on foot to pull over a passing vehicle if they witnessed them conduct illegal activity such as passing on a double-yellow. Of course the officer also claimed the car was traveling at a high rate of speed which is not possible for him to have judged in that situation.

The big problem for that officer if this girl can get a decent lawyer is the video does prove the arrest was completely illegal and a violation of her 4th Amendment rights. The officer steps over the threshold of a private residence without consent, warrant or active pursuit to make the arrest of that girl which is illegal. The video and his own statements prove it was not an active pursuit. The girl did not run into that house attempting to evade arrest and the officer states he did not even know she was in that house therefore he has no right to enter that private residence to make the arrest as he did.

It may be legal for a cop to pull her over while on foot. But that does not mean it is illegal for her to not pull over she he simply tries to flag her down. She isn’t failing to yield or fleeing the scene.
 
Sometimes pretty privilege works in reverse. Some guys love to see them "get theirs" 😂
