Is pearl Harbor considered a garbage movie?

It's on showtime now. I've seen it several times and I gotta say it's a good fkn movie! Not great...but good for sure.

I thought the pearl harbor attack reenactment was pretty well done. Yeh there was a love story but there's always a love story...And..it's Kate fkn Beckinsale!

I enjoyed it as a kid in the theater but it sucked watching it as an adult. It did introduce me to Kate Beckinsale so I guess it did serve some purpose.
