Kayla may not be as skilled as the men who weigh 115-135 lbs. What do you think about her strength? Can she overpower them? Her muscles speak for herself. She is already bigger and stronger pound for pound maybe except maybe Merab. When it comes to strength, can we admit that she is as strong?

Pound for Pound? Did you have 1 biology class or ever watched sports?
No amount of Costa's secret juice gets her even close to a man P4P

Let's say she rehydrates to somewhere 155.
I'd say a male UFC fighter from 125 rehydrating to 140 is way stronger.

Weight lifting
135 pound men: Total 318kg
141 pound women: Total 264kg

sure. maybe she can beat a 115 guy.

pantoja or merab? no

and she will never be as strong as a similar weight male. look at the olympic power lifting records by weight class. Or long distance running if you want to compare cardio between men and women.

How come her muscles are bigger than Henry, Jose Aldo, for example?

No. Put her in against some of the top dudes at her weight class, and she would get hurt, bad.

First, Kayla trains for 5 rounds. The vast majority of men would gas out in the first round against her.

Second, she's stronger than the vast majority of men, especially when compared to men around her weight.

Thirds, she trains twice a day. Most men who do exercise do so a few times a week.
She's not only a UFC champion she's a two-time gold medalist.

As for if she's comparable to men in UFC's lower weight classes.... Probably not. There may be a few no-namers outside the Top15 she'd be a challenge for but there's a reason why men fight men and women fight women.

Are you talking about average men off the couch?

Sure, she is in better shape than couch potatoes. But in-shape athlete/fighter will give her all she can handle. Her muscles dont mean shit.

Take a teenager with a black belt in judo and he will beat her.

UFC no, she can beat the majority of untrained men in general though. More than Ronda could at least.

Muscle size doesn't determine strength necessarily. I used to work out with this Thai dude like 145 could bench 315 for reps. Dude wasn't even thay muscular

Mi if Kayla bench 185:
<mma4>

Mi if Cejudo or Merab bench 185:
💯🥫

There's a youtube vid floating around where the interviewer tests a bunch of UFC athletes grip strength. It really shouldn't come as a surprise but Kayla participated and was nowhere near the male athletes
