practice? I started training yesterday and my hands will not stop shaking.

yup its normal wrists are probably very tired and your wrists probably took some serious impact

Adrenaline dump.

You just wore the hell out of your hands, wrist and forearms. They're not used to doing that kind of work.

OP, I strongly suggest you NOT watching the opening of Rocky V. It will scare you.

This is totally normal; it has a lot do with your nervous system "cleaning" or "clearing" itself out. There are probably quite a few nerve endings that haven't been stimulated in a while and the first time you really use them you'll experience shaking while they adapt to really being used.

Happens to me after nearly every Muay Thai class. Usually just adrenaline and exhaustion I think

Completley normal. I also get this after holding pads for people too.

My hands shook a bit foir a few hours after, but I'd already done loads of heavy bag stuff so I guess it minimalized the effect. But yeah when you have someone pushing you and forcing you to wear your arms out 'til you can barely lift them up, it's a lot different.
