He looks exactly the same not so long ago we had threads about how big he looks. he just looks the same size as always his arms are still big the that pic about as big as in the bottom pic and in the bottom pic he#s working out and in figthing shape
 
Lol didn't he just compete at like 200lbs somewhere? He's on suspension so he probably doesn't give a fuck.

Well when you are standing next to a guy with arms that big even Lombard is gonna look average

He competed at ADCC two weeks ago in the 218lbs class, so I no, I don't think he's shrinking
