Ironmind's Just Protein

Mmmm, I'm not an expert but it says out of 28gms, 18gms of which is protein and 7gms that is carbs. I don't think that's a great ratio, it's like 2.5/1 in favour of protein to carbs. I dunno but I'd rather just have some good old fashioned Whey instead. Plus it seems pretty pricey.

Do yourself a favour and look at the FAQ as there are recommended products on it, chances are they will be cheaper too.

Ok thanks. Usually I don't take protein powder, I tend to just drink milk and eat eggs. But I regularly go to work overseas for extended periods in places where I don't have access to any of this. Usually, I just take whey in that case, but this product having both milk and eggs protein catched on me.

Fair enough mate, I'm not bashing you or anything - I just think it's a bit over priced for what it is and don't want you to waste any of your money.

FAQ is your best bet.

Ok, I'll preface this by saying I'm a giant skeptic. That link didn't have ingredients nor nutritional information link... that's a red flag to me.

Whey, you take it, is a protein found in milk. They don't state if theirs is milk, whey, casein. They don't state if it's isolate, concentrate, if it's hydrolyzed. They pimp the fact that they don't tell you anything, the ageless crowd loves that shit.

The egg protein I'm not aware of any special charm it may have.

The price, I think trueprotein .com is a fan favorite of the pennywise posters on these boards.

Hey not to worry, I asked for advice on a product, you gave it to me frankly, that's the kind of answer I was looking for :icon_chee I don't know shit about nutrition, that's why I ask here.

They actually tell it somewhere else on their website (don't ask me why ^^).
