In a rematch don't be surprised if ANK wrestle f**k Alex like he did to Krylov , Santos, Jan, Nemkov

Dude is a really underrated grappler. Plus there is nobody there that deserves the title shot more than him. Jiri looked really bad, and Ulberg needs one more win.

And before saying that Pereira blocked 13 out of 13 takedowns ... remember, people also claimed that JDS would beat Cain again when he first won. No fight looks the same. Now they are 1-1.

Why think about a hypothetical fight that is never going to happen?
In fairness, Alex should vacate his LHW belt since he has no plans to fight in that weight class any time soon and is promoting a HW fight instead.

Ank got folded in a minute, he’s going to the back of the line bud.

Here’s another fun fact. Alex took down Ank in their first fight and has stuffed all his takedown attempts in both fights so he is statistically the better wrestler.

Brotha, we are past the king Ank shit now. Move on.

Gane is the new sherdog hype king.

Pereira is only looking for mega fights at this point of his career.
But he has to defend his LHW belt after the white house fight against ( probably ) jon jones and who else is there at LHW? Maybe only ULBERG, but I think he loses against Jiri before getting the chance to fight Pereira.

Ank is probably going to have to win like 5 or more in a row to get another title shot.

He doesn't deserve an automatic rematch. He got finished in likeable minute

Ank will never get to fight AP again, he got rekt and that's all we wanted.
funny thing about it is Alex was moaning for a rematch with izzy after izzy sent him halfway to heaven. Not surprised tho if you get a win you run with it

it's back to the prelims with your boy, TS.

This fight isn't going to happen. Also, Ank is a decent grappler, but I view him as a striker first with grappling in his back pocket if things get bad on the feet -- his wrestling is pedestrian compared to other fighters from his region. 205 just doesn't have strong wrestlers in the UFC at the moment. I can see a Corey Anderson giving Poatan problems on the mat, but he has a suspect chin and Poatan would have 5 rounds to land one clean shot.
