I'm actually going to be in Hollywood Friday night and Saturday. I'm going to see David Byrne at the Dolby Theater since our friend is his drum/percussion tech and got us free tickets. Going back stage after the show too. I'll probably hit up some record stores Saturday and go to some Korean restaurant downtown that's supposed to be fire.

Nice last month after more than a decade I went to Barnsdall Park at sunset for amazing views of Los Feliz, Hollywood Sign, Griffith Park & surrounding neighborhoods. Did a tour at Frank Lloyd Wright’s Hollyhock house . This girl tried to get me to go the Wax Museum, I wanted the Warner Bros tour lol.

Also there are several revival theaters in the city that screen old movies you'll probably never get a chance to see in a theater ever in your life. Check The Beverly Cinema and the American Cinematheque websites the dates you're there and may see a movie.

Go visit Compton at 2 in the morning with a boom box dressed like MC Hammer. Do the Hammer dance while you're spray painting stuff.

Hey Shercrew. I'll be in LA for a few days in December. It's for work so no time for any major day trips, but it's my first time in the area and I'd love some recommendations on things to do and places to eat. I'm too old and married for clubbing and such shit so just tame touristy things please. Peace.

Get a chicken burrito with green sauce (specifically green, NOT red) at King Taco! It's the best burrito I've ever had in my entire life. No joke, I never knew a burrito could be so good. It really opens your eyes to how shit a Chipotle burrito is.

There's over 20 locations around Los Angeles. Getting to one shouldn't be too hard.
