You should be fired. I don’t understand how people think they can go on social media and talk shit about their boss and the company they work for. I see people bashing every company from door dash to Amazon to Walmart, etc. and still keep their job. That’s bullshit to and don’t understand it.

Fire anybody and everybody that bashing the people paying their bills.

If your important enough to the business you won’t be keeping your job. If your a pee on they won’t see or give a hell what you have to say.

Backstory. Who slagged you off on Facebook?

I get the feeling there’s a back story here @Smokes

wife wAs telling me about a couple of trainers got fired from the company they were working at cause the were bashing the company on Facebook and IG. The company fired the trainers and the production studio for their comments.

And I don’t see anything wrong with it. But all the people that took the trainers classes are upset over it.

So, if the company discriminates, sexually harasses, has a potentially dangerous environment (accidents), and does not provide benefits, you are ok with that? Amazon has certainly done some very bad things with their employees. They could not even take bathroom brakes -- had to pee in a bottle. Some of these companies do need to have the whistle blown on them. Why are some of these CEOs making millions (and doing nothing) while some employees can barely pay their monthly bills?

No I am not ok with it, but there is protection and law and government help to stop that and proper channel to go though INSTEAD of jumping online to talk shit. Call OSHA if you have too.

you new what you gonna make when you take the job. So why complain about it not being enough.

Instagram and Facebook are evil anyways. Never used either one.

Why are you working for them if they're so shitty to work for? Look for something else and quit, then you can go on twitter and talk all the shit you want about how horrible working for them was.

If it was the other direction, and your boss was all over twitter talking about how terrible you are, would you really enjoy going to work?

I think it makes the complainer look stupid and weak.

It's like that one friend that always complains about their girlfriend or boyfriend but never leaves them. At some point you just feel like saying "either dump them or shut the fuck up"

Complaining about your company means you're either a whiner that shouldn't be complaining, or you're such a loser that you couldn't get hired anywhere else if you quit. And if it's the latter, then you should be more grateful that your company keeps you around.

Company bosses do it all the time. They may not use a person's name, but they will refer to a section of the employee population.
Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, and others. Employers can fire their people without an explanation. Employees can also quit without an explanation. Unions can also be beneficial or detrimental - that is why some companies will not allow unions to form.

the saying "don't shit where you eat" has some merit. I don't know why people do those things on facebook, or post the stupid shit like drunken nights out and bragging about drugs or partying. The workplace is nasty and you piss off a supervisor, they might try to find something to nail your ass online. I don't know, I always figured if you have your grievances, you either leave, handle them face to face or shut the fuck up. People are just fucking stupid. I have had a lot of issues with a lot of people, never do I gossip and drag people even though they do that to me. If I meet some of these people face to face, I guarantee you they'll be quaking in their fucking boots, until then, it's no one else's business.

that's right, I did amazon flex for awhile and I'd still do it if i had no other options, I thought it was thankless and exploitive so I don't do it. Nothing to bitch about because I don't do it. I guess people feel trapped and helpless but I always tell people that's their own conscience telling them that. You aren't helpless and you always have options.

I like to be the person my work complains about publicly. Flip the script.
