I talk about this topic often, ts, I think assassinations are the way to go, government sponsored I mean, in the place of wars...at least in certain situations...

Besides, everything is a two-way street. Does that mean countries can assassinate Obama? It's much easier to assassinate the U.S. president than to take on the U.S. in war. Your world order would pretty much look like New York mafia wars.

Right, so does anyone want this method to occur on American soil everytime a country has an issue with the U.S.? This has been done once: John Wilkes Booth seeing himself as a Confederate patriot assassinated Lincoln. Do we really want that to be the world status quo?
 
I'm inclined to believe that would be a very bad solution to a very bad problem.
