If Ngannou Wins, Who Gets the Next Title Shot?

Lewis/Tuivasa sounds reasonable. If Ngannou stays with the UFC, it also depends on when the next time he wants to fight.
They might try to squeeze money out of the Stipe trilogy, which I don't find that interesting. I feel like Stipe should get a win first, that would help promote the fight.
 
Yeah HW ranks are pretty thin if Ngannou wins outside of a rematch with Lewis, which surely can't be worse than their first fight. Other issue is if Ngannou wins and keeps to his word he won't be fighting any time soon until he gets a new contract. If Gane wins you could add Blaydes to the list of opponents, and Stipe, maybe Aspinall with another win or two.

Tuivasa for the title reminds me of something that might've happened when Arlovski was champ...
 
HW is a pretty shallow and must of the guys have already fought each other multiple times. It really needs an infusion of some new blood like Jon Jones to give us some fresh matchups.

Said it before, saying it again, Jones will never fight at HW.
 
most likely a rematch with Lewis or Stipe..

and if they grease the wheels, maybe a superfight with Jon JOnes.
 
Black Beast as champ would signal the apocalypse. A philosopher king like Lewis reigning over an MMA wasteland populated by demented midgets resembling a cartoon mouse and an Olympian.
 
Miocic or Black Bum, both are getting finished regardless.
 
It’s obviously going to be the world record holder for title shots Stipe Miocic. No one comes close to Stipe when it comes to title opportunities, rematches involving the title, and title shots with the fewest wins in-between losses. Facts are facts. Stipe is getting the next title shot, and if he doesn’t win, the one after that too.
 
If he wins and stays in the UFC. The Stipe trilogy will most likely be the next fight. Maybe rematch Lewis (if he beats Tai, I believe), if he doesn’t duck him again. But Stipe is probably plan A.

Stipe has received 2 TS. Exactly the same number as Ngannou. Knock off the ridiculous hyperbole. I just can’t take people like you seriously. Do you realize how many UFC fighters have received two TS? And with some of them being totally undeserved.

As time goes on... I'm having increasing difficulty believing that Jones is actually ever going to fight in UFC HW division.
 
Ya Ngannou will stick around and just ko the same 2-3 dudes over & over again because Dana gives them “Interim Belts” for no good reason other to shame him into taking less $$$
