If Rumble was to sign with Bellator he could take on the likes of Emmanuel Newton, Rampage, Joey Beltran, King Mo, Liam McGeary, Etc....

Maybe even fight some Bellator Hw's like Kongo, Lavar Johnson, Blagoy Ivanov and the champ Vitaly Minakov

He could probably Hold the HW and LHW bellator belts

And if he could possibly meet at a Catch weight of 195 and fight Manhoef, maybe destroy Doug Marshall and some middle weights along the way if he wanted to?!!!!!(This is a stretch and he might be really hard for him to ever fight at 195 or 185) but Holy smokes talk about fireworks. A lot of goofd fights for AJ in Bellator and I would pick him to win them all.
 
Do you honestly think the UFC would cut him? Are you nuts? Unless he's convicted for a crime, he's a UFC fighter. They know how beast Rumble is. They would never let Bellator have him.

It means the UFC is refraining from cutting him before all the pieces fall wherever they may. They're basically saying "we don't want to release him but we have to make it seem like we did something so people think we care." If Rumble were some random Will Chope or whatever, he would be gone. But the UFC is doing all they can before they're forced to release him. It's clear they want to keep him.

Just like with the rape jokes. Forrest says it, slap on the wrist. Miguel Torres = cut. Wandy runs from drug test, nothing happens. Vitor fails one, nothing happens. Lavar Johnson failed drug test = cut. Double standards!

Nope he'll be in the UFC unless something transpires out of this. Rumble is a big name and a fresh face for Jon Jones. They want him around. Plus Bellator getting him would be disastrous for the UFC.
 
I actually agree TS. AJ is a beast, and if he competed in Bellator nothing could stop him.
 
Calm down, dude!

AJ can take the LHW belt, but I'm pretty confident that he will struggle against the top fighters at HW.
Minakov and Volkov will most likely take him out.

Emanuel Newton is also no joke for him.

I don't see AJ beating Minakov.. He is like a younger longer Rampage right now, so he could definitely have a shot at beating whoever has that little Bellator LHW strap.

AJ at HW was be very interesting, he clears out everyone at LHW.
I have no idea who would win a AJ/Minakov fight.

would be a great signing for bellator but i dont think the ufc will cut him

Lol at bringing up the Clementi fight like it means anything. Rumble was still very green and took that fight on short notice. It was 7 years ago. Useless. Not like I'm disputing that Minakov would beat Rumble, but come on. Gotta have something better than that.
 
Without a doubt he would be multi-div champ in Bellator.
 
I'd favor Rampage and McGeary over Johnson, as well as Kongo, Minakov, Volkov, and Ivanov at HW.

Johnson is on a nice streak, but he isn't unbeatable. UFC hype train in full effect I see.. But AJ kind of deserves it, he has been doing it the right way for a few years now, and props to him for that. Glad he is in the UFC.

Not unless they have to, it would have be really terrible. They will suspend him or fine him but they dont want to cut him cause they know Bellator will sign him.

If they did and he went to bEllator he wins that title.

Rumble > Rampage, Newton and Liam.

Of course but thats life, thats in every sport, any org the bigger name guys, the guys the org/team needs are gonna get breaks the bottom guys wont get.
