Fedor is a small heavy weight, he would suffer a lot against guys like Aspinall and Ngannou. Keep in your mind this is in UFC rules
Cormier is small too but has a elite wrestling than could reduce this physicall gap, so does Cain

Aldo vs elite strikers was not very good... I'm sure Conor, Holloway and Topuria would put him anyway

Do you really think Big Nog could take Miocic, Ngannou, Cain and DC down or just beat them on feet? Lets be realistc, Big Nog lost by Barnett in his prime. Barnett was easy fight for DC and would be for Cain or Jones too

Topuria is way better then Connor at grappling but in striking Connor was as drangeours (and more precise) as Topuria
I'm not saying it would be easy and I'm not sure about her victory but I think he would have relevant chances

HW: Cain or Fedor. Prime Cain (pre-injuries) was a force. He was quick, aggressive and responsive. Fedor had a lot of those same qualities. My dream HW fight would have been Cain vs. Fedor
LHW: Jones- He proved it by beating all the best LHW (I would pick PRIME Jones against any of today's current crop)
MW: Too early to say Khamzat, although probably Khamzat. I do believe Khamzat would be able to take down and manhandle Silva and Izzy (If Chael could, Khamzat could).
WW: Hard to say. I think a lot of today's WW (including Belal, Usman, Jack and Leon) would be competitive and probably beat GSP. Honestly, I'd go with a prime Usman
LW: Khabib or Islam (Khabib said that Islam was better, so probably Islam)
FW: Topuria. Even though he beat out of their prime versions of Max and Alex, I still think stylistically, he's the strongest FW ever
BW: Cruz (super crafty) or Merab. Probably Merab.
FLW: DJ or Pantoja. I still maintain that DJ was way better than Cejudo, despite their last fight being hella competitive. DJ was amazing at blending MMA and his scrambles were unreal. Pantoja grinds the hardest, and is the most durable.

Werdum is also massively slept on, flies under the radar for a lot of people but has a great resume.

I don't agree with Chimaev being the most dominant WW and MW. While he's looked dominant, he's still relatively fresh in his UFC career in comparison to the others on the lists and their years of dominance.
